Morrison-Maierle Office Building - Missoula, Montana. This building houses the Missoula branch of the engineering firm, Morrison-Maierle. It uses brick masonry, metal cladding, and exposed structural steel to speak to the building’s use. Situated in an area of Missoula that is ever changing, it uses transparency to form a welcoming beacon—in both the day and night. An angled brick wall pierces the two-story façade to clearly mark the entry. Brand-specific color accents an exterior soffit. Photovoltaics shade an employee entrance and patio at the rear.
